You’re Looking Good
There is a direct connection between the health of your colon and the radiant glow in your face. Your complexion is a reflexion of your Gut Health. When people come up and complement how beautiful your complexion is, you’re thinking WOW! I just started my bowel health program….could there be a Link?!!
Here are a couple Simple Secrets that will make you FEEL GREAT again.
Water!
It really changes how you feel when you drink the water your body needs. Our body is about 70% water. When we don’t drink enough water the blood viscosity thickens and puts a strain on the pump ( your heart )… (It’s harder to pump mud than water). The accepted model of how much water to drink is 1/2 of your body weight in ounces. (Drink as close to that as possible).
Water also:
– Makes your digestion much easier
– Brain fog disappears
– You colon needs water to process fecal matter which enables you to poop easier, better and more.
– Enough water will save your kidneys later in life
Exercise!
Your lymphatic system only empties when we move. Lymph nodes are little dump sites, little garbage cans, all over your body. The garbage can only be taken out so to speak, when we move our body. Lymph nodes empty best when we walk. When we don’t move, these little garbage cans fill up and don’t get empty unless we move. It’s like being in New York City when the Teamsters Union go on STRIKE and the garbage is over flowing in the streets because no one is picking up the garbage.
Between drinking enough water and walking we took a GIANT step on detoxifying our bodies which truly does make us FEEL GREAT again.
The Challenge:
If you are not walking now start with 10 minutes a day but do it everyday. In a few days, add 5 minutes and go 15 minutes a day for the first week. The following week add another 5 minutes so now you are up to 20 minutes. Before you know it you’re walking 30 – 40 minutes a day and Loving it. You soon get Hooked!
You’ll very quickly find your body releases endorphins which is a reward your body is giving you that you did something really GOOD. Endorphins make you FEEL GREAT again and feeling GREAT is really making your day GREAT.
Both increasing your water and going for a beautiful walk everyday… are Simple, Effective and Fun.
